ICTC’s labour market intelligence work is guided by an LMI Industry Advisory Committee that is comprised of an esteemed group of senior human resources decision makers from a broad range of leading information and communications technology (ICT) firms.
Through insightful input and consultation, the Committee helps to assess and interpret data for ICTC’s surveys and reports, enabling ICTC to:
- make key policy and strategy recommendations to industry, educational and government stakeholders,
- provide a vision of national industry labour market issues, and
- act as a catalyst for change in the development of Canada’s technology workforce.
