ICTC is pleased to announce this iteration of the Career Focus program is now complete. We would like to thank all of our supporters for making the program a resounding success.
The Career Focus Program is a work experience program to assist employers to hire IT graduates. The Career Focus Program is a wage subsidy program equal to 1/3 the eligible participant’s salary up to a maximum of $10,000 over a maximum 12 month work experience period.
Benefits:

• Graduates will complete a paid work experience period of a maximum of 12 months
• Employers gain employees with cutting edge skills
• Participants gain experience within a work environment
• Ideally, upon completion of the contract, companies will retain graduates as full-time employees tuned in to their work environment.
