ICTC’s Immigration Initiatives aims to improve the integration of internationally educated professionals (IEPs) into Canada’s ICT workforce through online learning workshops, competency-based self-assessment tools, as well as other resource-based tools to help both ICT employers and IEPs. The following tools are all available online and in English and French.


Canada Readiness Tool - Online Self-Assessment Tool 
ICTC’s Canada Readiness Tool is a competency-based, online self-assessment tool that enables IEPs to self-assess against Canadian ICT employer standards in Workplace Culture, Workplace Communication and Workplace Competencies.


Workshops Online – E-learning Tool 
ICTC’s Workshops Online Tool is an e-learning tool for internationally educated ICT professionals and immigration stakeholders with essential knowledge about working in ICT in Canada and resources to develop technical, business, language, and workplace communication competencies. Employer Directory  
The directory houses a list of companies in Canada with potential ICT hiring opportunities and can be searched by city, province, sector, and keywords. Information includes company name, brief company description, link to the career site, and location. 


Human Resources Management Guide for Canadian ICT Companies  
This guide is a practical tool designed to expand on human resources management principles. It is primarily intended for front-line, hiring, and human resource managers (immediate supervisors) as a reference and support document with regard to issues surrounding human capital management, including how to build a diversity and inclusion policy.
