The first of its kind in Canada, I-ADVANCE© will validate and recognize technical knowledge, industry experience, business and interpersonal skills and help ICT Practitioners understand the career development path that will take them in the direction they want to go.
I-ADVANCE© Certification Program – Helping the ICT Industry Gain a Competitive Advantage
The I-ADVANCE© Certification Program will assist ICT Practitioners to achieve their goals and advance the whole industry. It will allow:
- ICT Practitioners to validate their current skills and competencies and lay out a career development path that will help them become more employable, productive, and successful in their careers.
- Employers to validate the diverse skills of ICT Practitioners, mitigating the risks of hiring and training, and improving their overall productivity to successfully compete in the global economy.
- Internationally Educated Professionals (IEPs) to guide them into the Canadian workforce by providing the tools that assist in validating their international education and work experience.
- Universities, Colleges and Continuing Education Programs to work hand in hand with ICTC to develop their curricula to address the changing needs of the ICT industry.
