According to ICTC’s recent outlook report:  The Next Talent Wave: Navigating the Digital Shift – Outlook 2021 around 216,000 digital professionals will be needed by 2021. One of the key success factors in this environment is equipping Canada’s young graduates with advanced technology skills to meet current and future industry needs. ICTC’s carefully designed wage subsidy program matches fast growth industries with young graduates and enables on-the-job learning path to potential full time employment. The program boasts a success factor of around 91% of participants being retained by the employers.

Say yes to three simple bullets, complete the application package below and you could be eligible to receive up to $12,000 in funding:

  • If you are an employer in a high-in-demand sector (check list here)
  • Offer a full-time paid job in Ottawa or outlining areas in an ICT position that matches one of the NOC codes here
  • Willing to hire youth 30 or under with or without a post-secondary degree.
