ICTC’s Competency Profiles

 

ICTC’s Competency profiles are a proven business tool for talent management. Eliminate the guesswork: Competency profiles facilitate your day-to-day HR functions, from staffing to succession planning (while reducing hiring costs and risks). Use ICTC’s online tool to develop customized job descriptions, assessment tests, performance appraisals and people development plans. ICTC is the leading expert in developing competencies profiles since 1997. Our current database is Canada’s best source of ICT, eHealth, and Digital Media professional competencies.

ICTC’s Competency Profiles Online serves a variety of organizations both, large and small from the public and private sector.

ICTC’s Competency Profiles are 100% industry and academia approved. ICTC develops all competencies-related content in collaboration with subject matter experts from academia, industry and professional associations, professionals from the private and government sectors from across Canada; they are involved in all stages of the development. The profiles are being continuously reviewed.
